Due to impact of sun, sea and other factors like mechanical usage that make damage to gloss metal surfaces (sponges, ropes, jewellery and others…).

How do we recover gloss mirror effect to metal surfaces?

Protection

Due to sensitive surfaces which are usual next to metal parts that we need to restore gloss like wood, plastic, textil… One of most important tasks is protection/masking to avoid damages or contamination of non metal parts in proximity.

Sanding

Good preparation of surface is key factor in polishing process. For best result we work with top quality Trizact grit sanding paper.
Sanding metal process removes bigger damages caused by usage. It is extremely important to do it properly to remove damage but keep original shape of metal.

Polishing

For metal polishing we use only high qualit premium chalks with proper recomended polishing disc/pad for each chalk.
Basic polish process is done by 3 chalk types.
We start with Blue chalk with hard pad which is basic one in polish process.
Next in polish process is White chalk with softer and finer pad. And final one for high gloss of metal is Yellow chalk with softest and finest pad.
At the end of the process we get unique and constant reflective shine of metal.
